The Site does not endorse any attorney we link to and does not vouch for the outcome of any matter you engage them on. Past results do not guarantee similar outcomes.

Some states (notably California, Massachusetts, Illinois, Texas, New York, and Florida) have specific advertising-rule requirements (mandatory disclosures, fee-disclosure clauses, “no testimonials” rules). Our lawyer-match program is not yet live. If and when it launches, we intend to render the applicable per-state advertising disclosure conditionally, based on your state.

We disclose this relationship transparently. If a piece of content includes a recommendation that we receive compensation for, the recommendation is editorially independent — we do not write content to favor a referral partner over a more appropriate option.

Editorial integrity

We do not fabricate citations. Every statute, every case-law anchor, and every threshold value is either (a) primary-source-verified with a research date, (b) widely confirmed via secondary law-firm analyses with that flag visible on the page, or (c) explicitly marked as an estimate or placeholder. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the information is accurate, complete, or current. Annual dollar thresholds (Colorado HCE, Washington salary cutoff, Maine and Rhode Island federal-poverty-level multipliers, Maryland minimum-wage multiplier, Virginia average-weekly-wage threshold) are updated on a quarterly review cycle, but between updates the published value may lag the controlling state agency's annual notice.
